1- First Level of the Mega Menu links :

2- Second Level of the Mega Menu links - title of the column :
You have to select groupe = Yes
3- Second Level of the Mega Menu links - links of submenus :
You have to put columns=Y and group=No
4- Insert a module into the menu :
